The Infamous Masterson’s , situated in the center of Moonee Ponds , promotes itself as a chic “hipster” locale , but my unfortunate encounter at this establishment quickly devolved into an unforgettable, terrible experience. While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I discovered behind its walls was disgraceful and unfit for any venue.

From the moment I walked in , it was evident that hygiene was not a priority at this bar . The surfaces were tacky , and a pungent odor of decaying beverages and filthy restrooms suffused the entire pub. Emitting a scent of a mixture of human waste, a rotting odor and sour vomit .
